Your stay with us.
If you are waiting for an extensive treatment or even an operation, you are likely to have some worries. If your treatment is taking place in a foreign country, there may be additional concerns. Will I be able to fully understand my physician abroad? How can I even get there? How shall I manage all the associated paperwork? For all your questions, we have an answer. Or, better said, two answers: your Personal Service Manager and your Medical Case Manager. Both persons will tend to your needs right from the start, will speak fluent english, and as employees of the IPaC they will know their way around all the formalities. While your Medical Case Manager takes care of all medically related concerns, your Personal Service Manager will try to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
We are there for you before and after your treatment.
Usually your Personal Service Manager and your Medical Case Manager will beginn their work for you long before your arrival. They will ensure that your physician at home transfers all the necessary paperwork to the IPaC. Upon request, your Personal Service Manager will also arrange your flight and transfer to the IPaC. During your stay, they will remain at your disposal for any requests and questions you might have. If necessary, your Personal Service Manager will stay in contact with you and your treating physician after your treatment is completed.
We will care for your partner.
Of course we know that a Personal Sevice Manager cannot take the place of your family. Many of our patients would, therefore, like to bring their partner along to the IPaC. This request is no problem. They can either stay with you in your room, or your Personal Service Manager will arrange their stay in the nearby Hotel Günnewig.
