The IPaC allows international patients access to the German health care system. In our center specially trained staff will take care of the wellbeing of patients from around the world. This access, to internationally renowned specialty teams, guarantees that your treatment is always of the latest scientific standards.
Certification by the Joint Commission International (JCI)
The Chemnitz Hospital was already certified by the Joint Commission International (JCI) in the year 2000, and became one of the first hospitals in Europe to fulfill the JCI's strict criteria. This international certification is a prerequisite for international health insurance companies, in order for them to take over the operation costs in foreign countries. The JCI Certification for the Chemnitz Hospital was reapproved in 2003, 2007, as well as 2010.
Individual Comprehensive Care
In the IPac Center we will care for you as comprehensively and as individually as is possible. It is your Personal Service Manager who will care for all your needs from the first moment onwards. This personal care does not end after your operation. Upon completing your treatment with us, you can even begin a possibly necessary rehabilitaion program - a measure, that is little known about in other countries. Even after you are released to return home, we will continue to look after you. Naturally, you will recieve all required documents, so that your doctor can continue your treatment at home without any trouble. And should any further questions arise, we will contact your physician at home directly, and work closely with him or her.
